Aqua Training Bag

   

  • It is important to regularly maintain and clean your Aqua Training Bag to prevent wear and tear related damages and scaling of the inner surface.
  • Make sure not to toss or hit your bag on sharp/pointy surfaces. Our Aqua Training Bags are very durable and resistant to impact but it’s recommended to be cautious for long term use. 
  • Avoid salt water for unwanted structural and cosmetic damage.
  • Due to its water based composition, it is normal that scaling can occur in the inner surface of your Aqua Training Bag. This will never compromise the integrity and performance of your product, but it can be prevented with regular and easy care routines.
  • We recommend emptying the Aqua Training Bag after each use. Although this is not necessary, it is essential to prevent long term scaling inside the bag. If leaving the bag empty for longer durations, it is important to ensure that it’s dry inside before folding it and storing it away.
  • Never fill with hot water or expose your bag to prolonged light. This is especially important if you want to prevent inner scaling and permanent cosmetic damage.
  • It is recommended to clean the inside of the bag once you realize very light scaling is beginning. Taking early action will ensure long term results.

Resistance Bands

  • Our bands are of high quality materials and have been tested vigorously in our headquarters for performance and durability.
  • Just like any exercise equipment, there are physical boundaries that the bands need to be utilized within and we recommend that you do not exceed the maximum stretch capacity of 200%. Extra caution must be exercised when anchoring or looping the band around sharp objects and corners as repetitive strain can cause micro-tears that can enlarge over time. 
  • Although all our products are water-proof and can be used in such environments, we recommend protecting them from substances such as salt water and chlorine water. If exposed, clean and dry with a damp cloth to avoid discolouration and micro damages. 
  • Avoid prolonged and direct sun exposure to prevent discolouration and micro damages

Fabric Glute Bands

  • Our bands are of high quality materials and have been tested vigorously in our headquarters for performance and durability.
  • Just like any exercise equipment, there are physical boundaries that the bands need to be utilized within and we recommend that you do not exceed the maximum stretch capacity of 200%. Extra caution must be exercised when anchoring or looping the band around sharp objects and corners as repetitive strain can cause micro-tears that can enlarge over time.

  • Please avoid direct contact with water while using the product. On the other hand, you can wash your fabric glute bands in a washing machine only with the following settings:
    • Cold (30 degrees)
    • Gentle 
    • Avoid excessive detergent and softener
    • Do not tumble dry in a dryer machine. Hang to dry.



Massage Ball Set (Massage Ball + Peanut Massage Ball)

  • Our massage balls are of high quality materials and have been tested vigorously in our headquarters for performance and durability.
  • Avoid shear forces and twisting on the Peanut Massage Ball.
  • Avoid utilizing your Massage Ball Set around sharp objects and surfaces to prevent micro damages.
  • Although all our products are water-proof and can be used in such environments, we recommend protecting them from substances such as salty water and chlorine water. If exposed, clean and dry with a damp cloth to avoid discolouration and micro damages.

Extra caution must be exercised when anchoring or looping the band around sharp objects and corners as repetitive strain can cause micro-tears that can enlarge over time. Therapy Bands are more fragile compared to our other band series due to their highly elastic and thin composition. 
  • Avoid prolonged and direct sun exposure to prevent discolouration and micro damages.
  • Please examine the products for production-related issues before using them as per our return policy. If any questions regarding this matter arise, please contact our friendly customer service for more help. 
  • Please avoid direct contact with water as the natural ingredients of the Therapy Bands are not water resistant and permanent damage can be sustained.

 

Gym Ball

  • Just like any exercise equipment, there are physical boundaries that the Gym Ball needs to be utilized within and we recommend that you do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 120kg. Extra caution must be exercised when exercising/storing around sharp objects and corners as blunt trauma can create a tear that is irreversible. Swiss Balls are more fragile compared to our Balance Pads due to their highly elastic and thin composition. 
  • Avoid prolonged and direct sun exposure to prevent discolouration and micro damages.

Hand Therapy Rings

  • Just like any exercise equipment, there are physical boundaries that the rings need to be utilized within and we recommend that you do not exceed the maximum compression capacity of 200%. Do not anchor or utilize on sharp objects and surfaces.
  • Avoid prolonged and direct sun exposure to prevent discolouration and micro damages.

Door Anchor

  • Just like any exercise equipment, there are physical boundaries that the door anchor needs to be utilized within and we recommend that you do not exceed the maximum pull capacity of 150kg resistance. 
  • Do not anchor or use around sharp objects and surfaces. 
  • Please be careful about the orientation when anchoring to a door. Make sure that the door is always closing towards you when anchoring to ensure safety. Door must be fully shut (and locked if possible) and the safety buckle fully on the other side before attaching any bands and starting to exercise.
